Learn how to log into Fred Dispense Plus, become acquainted to the Main screen and Wait screen layouts, learn to dispense eRx scripts and non eRx scripts. This course also covers patients and prescribers record maintenance. The POS section of this course will demonstrate how to complete basic transactions at the POS, including how to scan or select products, sell scripts, void or return transactions, apply discounts, apply price changes, process customer account transactions or payments, and finally how to suspend and recall transactions for sale.
