Part store

Create specific batches, based on Hierarchy, Suppliers or any Filter available in Fred NXT Office > Stocktake > Add Products.

To generate a full store batch, add the entire Retail hierarchy.

Ad hoc updates of the store

Using this as maintenance, ensures that full store or batch stocktakes should result in smaller variance.

Ideally batches should be posted once counted for date to be accurate. However, the count will be accurate if posted later, as the posting is just an adjustment from the expected SOH.

Dual located products are accounted for It is the responsibility of the stocktake providers (and their systems) to provide the Total Qty for each product. Fred NXT Mobility appends the counted Qty if a product is scanned multiple time within an open batch.
