EFTPOS or Credit Card transactions  
                                                    Basic Transactions
EFTPOS/Credit card transactions include using the tender types: EFTPOS, Credit Card, Diners and Amex
- Logon to Fred NXT POS using your preferred method.
 - Scan or select the products to be purchased.
 - To tender the transaction, tap the Pay Card tile.
 - Tap to select the required Pay Card tile.
                    
If the customer is paying with Amex, select the AMEX tile. If the customer is paying with EFTPOS, select the EFTPOS tile.
 - Tap OK.
 
The Tender window is displayed.
The tender amount is sent to the integrated EFTPOS terminal.
- Follow the prompts on the Fred NXT POS screen.
 - The customer swipes, waves or inserts their card into the EFTPOS terminal.
 - The customer selects their account (where required).
 - The customer enters their PIN (where required) and presses OK.
 - Tap OK at the Transaction Approved prompt on the Fred NXT POS screen.
 - The receipt is printed.
 - Fred NXT POS returns to the Logon screen.
 
Fred NXT POS notifies the Cashier when the transaction is approved.
The transaction is now complete:
- Follow the prompts on the Register Operations screen.
 - The customer swipes, waves or inserts their card into the EFTPOS terminal.
 - The customer selects their account (where required).
 - The customer enters their PIN (where required) and presses OK.
 - Fred NXT POS returns a notification the transaction is approved (no signature required).
 - Fred NXT POS prompts the Cashier for the customer signature.
 - The customer signs the receipt (where required).
 - Tap OK.
                    
Depending on your EFTPOS provider, you may be prompted to "Enter a PIN or press OK to sign".
If you press OK, another prompt is displayed to "Approve with a signature". Select Yes or No as applicable.
You may also be prompted to confirm if Signature Validated?

The transaction is now complete:
- The receipt is printed.
 - Fred NXT POS returns to the main screen, ready for the next transaction.
