What to do when UAT data is inaccurate

If you find data that is not accurate during UAT, you should:

1. Make a note of what is incorrect.
2. Open the relevant data template and fix the data on the template. It is important to fix this data in your templates rather than in the Fred NXT Head Office UAT environment. This is because it is the templates which will be used to set up your Production (Go Live) system.
3. Send your Fred Project Manager an email with a summary of what was incorrect and the updated data template attached.
4. Your Fred Project Manager will check your updated template and provide you with feedback and next steps (as applicable).

Basic Navigation

When you log in, you will be taken to a customised Fred NXT Office area page (Dashboard) containing the most common head office functions.

You can return to this page at any time by using the drop down menus at the top, the tree area or the buttons.

These three options also provide quick navigation through the system.

For added security, most screens open in view only mode.

To make changes, click the Edit button in the ribbon.

These forms also automatically save your changes, so there is no need to click a save button before closing the form.

Unable to Update or View

If you cannot see an area or it is greyed out, this may be related to your permissions.
