GoShare Healthcare is an AppBar tile for Fred NXT that provides a launcher to the GoShare Healthcare portal login page.

Information

The GoShare Healthcare tile provides a branded link to the GoShare Healthcare website https://goshare.realtimehealth.com.au, which enables further in browser activity, including login. The tile acts solely as a method to click through to the GoShare Healthcare website. No dispensing and/or point of sale integration events are utilised by the tile. Fred are able to provide assistance with queries related to use of the AppBar including addition and removal of Apps. Queries related to GoShare Healthcare should be directed to Healthily.

GoShare Healthcare is an intuitive patient education web application that enables pharmacists to send their patients bundles of credible health resources tailored to their individual information needs. GoShare hosts thousands of fact sheets, patient stories (video format), animations, links to credible web sites, apps, and tools relevant to a broad range of health and wellness topics. The variety of content formats available on GoShare enables patients to receive health information that caters to their health literacy skills and preferred learning styles. Health resources are sent to patients by email or SMS on an ad-hoc basis, or a number of content bundles can be automatically delivered to patients over a period of time as a digital program. GoShare’s reporting functionality gives pharmacists access to a record of what they have sent to their patients, and whether their patients have viewed the information.

The GoShare Healthcare web application includes content in video format that is unable to be played withinFred NXT; videos are able to be played within an external browser. Future enhancements to enable support for playing videos withinFred NXT are under consideration.
