Sigma Reorder Number Changes - 2021

The following applies to pharmacies using Fred Dispense and Fred Office Plus.

Sigma are changing Reorder Numbers from six digits to eight digits in August 2021. You will need to update your Sigma Supplier(s) Reorder Numbers in Fred Office Plus to the new eight digit reorder numbers to ensure that you can continue to place electronic orders.

You will be required to run a process within in Fred Office Plus and Fred Dispense however you do not need to run the process on the first day Sigma upgrade their system on the 29th of August.

You will be notified by Sigma when you have been scheduled to run the Fred Office Plus and Fred Dispense process.

When you are notified, which will be between the 29th August through to 24th September 2021, follow the steps in How to update your Sigma reorder numbers.

System Upgrade Temporary ordering and delivery changes cut off 3.00pm AEST. Thursday 26th of August 2021 to Friday 27th 12pm AEST. Ordering, deliveries & notifications will resume as normal from Tuesday, 31 August 2021.
