For assistance with your NASH certificate, contact Services Australia on 1800 700 199 (Option 1).

The Fred Helpdesk can assist with any errors related to Fred Dispense or Fred Connect.

Due to a late change in Fred Connect, some pharmacies may be able to continue operating on their existing certificates. To ensure every pharmacy remains operational, Fred Helpdesk will prioritise those customers who will be at risk of discontinuation of services. Therefore wait times for NASH certificate callbacks may vary.
