NASH Certificate
A National Authentication Service for Health (NASH Healthcare providers and supporting organisations use the National Authentication Service for Health (NASH) to securely access and share health information.) certificate is required to use the following services:
The NASH certificate is required to ensure HI Services, MySL and MyHR continue to be operational.
Update your NASH Certificate
You'll need to:

Download your new NASH Certificate from the Services Australia HPOS section of PRODA and save in either:

Downloads folder on your in Fred Connect PC

Fred Main PC at C:\FredHealth\NuSysLib\Certificates\Downloads

Import the NASH certificate using the following steps:

On the Fred Connect PC, right click on the Fred Connect icon in the system tray (lower right corner of screen), and select Show.
Fred Connect opens in a new window.

On the Status tab, click Certificate Manger.

Browse to and select the NASH Certificate you previously downloaded, and then click Open.
Make sure your HPI-O number is in Owner Details. If it has changed, then it needs to be updated. If you are renewing your NASH Certificate, then the HPI-O number will stay the same. Refer to Check for HI Service for more information.
