Installation Procedure

To request and/or authorise Fred to facilitate access to Fred Dispense Plus, navigate to https://fred.au/sda and complete the online form. This same form can be used to request Termination or Reset of credentials. Kindly note that the usage of this integration is presently confined to the designated stores participating in the pilot phase, as per our agreement.

StrongRoom AI is deeply committed to the highest standards of data privacy and security. We understand the sensitive nature of your Personal Information and the importance of safeguarding it. Data is stored and processed on the cloud - AWS servers located in Sydney in a secure, private environment. Only StrongRoom AI employees with high levels of clearance such as Technical Leads have access to this data, where it is required for development purposes and platform maintenance.

Data is stored and processed using military-grade AES-256 encryption, and using HIPAA-compliant security practices. The AI that the product uses is proprietary and built by StrongRoom AI. Data is not shared with third-parties for any purpose, including for use with AI models. Once the data is processed, it can be retrieved from StrongRoom AI’s secure cloud only by an authorised user, using the same login credentials that were supplied by the user to upload the pharmacy’s data. The authorisation also uses military-grade AES-256 security.

Therefore, the only time the data leaves StrongRoom AI’s highly secure environment is when it is displayed on the end-user's system where the original data came from.

StrongRoom AI is ISO27001 compliant, which covers the safe and appropriate management of data and internal IT processes.

Support and Scope

StrongRoom AI resources are responsible for processes required for initial and subsequent deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. No additional Fred Dispense Plus configuration is required from Fred for this integration to function.

The Fred Help team are available to provide mutual customers with assistance that relates to Fred Dispense Plus operational use, including any troubleshooting associated with the integration methods provided by Fred. This does not extend to third party transformation of and/or receipt of data provided by the integration methods, which should be raised with StrongRoom Support Contact Points.
