Installation Procedure

To request and/or authorise Fred to facilitate access to Fred Dispense Plus, navigate to https://fred.au/sda and complete the online form. This same form can be used to request Termination or Reset of credentials.

The Fred Help team provides support for operational issues related to Fred Dispense Plus and integration troubleshooting, although issues related to data transformation by third parties should be directed to Pharmacy Halo contact points.
