Void a product

Voiding and Returning

Voiding is used to remove products from the current transaction.

Void a product

  1. On the Transaction screen, tap the Void or Return tile.
  2. Tap to select the product you wish to void.
  3. Tap the Void Product tile.

    The product is now displayed with a line through the description.

  4. Complete the transaction.
