If the device or the Mobility application locks up, or if the device does not respond when you press the Power button, you may need to restart the device. Restarting the Dolphin CT50 mobility device, you may reset your barcode settings, and they will need to be re-configured.

Configure the barcode settings

  1. Turn on the Dolphin CT50.

  2. On the Touch Panel, tap All Apps > Settings.

  3. Tap Scanning.
  4. Tap Internal Scanner > Default profile and set the following.
