Fred NXT Integration for SignIQ
Integrations
SignIQ provide a tailored ticketing system and service that utilises product and promotion information within Fred NXT for the creation of ticketing/signage. Fred NXT product and promotion information is updated periodically by SignIQ on a scheduled basis.
- This integration does not include a user facing interface within Fred NXT.
- The integration installation/configuration is handled by SignIQ resources.
- Once authorised, information associated with store products and promotions is accessible from within Fred NXT databases without any user actions.
To request and/or authorise Fred to facilitate access to Fred NXT data, navigate to https://fred.au/sda and complete the online form.
Authorisation
The SignIQ integration requires authorisation provided as follows:
- Time period: Forever (until notified of end)
- Data is: Not Personally Identifiable
Support and Scope
SignIQ resources are responsible for the configuration of their systems for the integration. No additional Fred NXT configuration is required from Fred for this integration to function.
Upon authorisation from the pharmacy being received and validated, Fred provides SignIQ with store credentials that can be used with their vendor credentials.
The Fred Help team are available to provide mutual customers with assistance that relates to Fred NXT operational use, including any troubleshooting associated with the integration methods provided by Fred. This does not extend to third-party handling of and/or receipt of data provided by the integration methods, which should be raised with the Support Contact Points (see below).
