Maintenance reports

Reports

Maintenance reports are located in Reports > Maintenance reports.

These reports can be saved locally as a spreadsheet. The usual CTRL + G shortcut can be used to add filtering options when displaying data in the grid.

Report	Description
Full Product List (with barcodes)	This report lists all products created in Fred NXT Head Office with basic product details.
Generic Drug List	This report lists details about drug products and generic ingredients.
Products with no valid Purchase Price	This report is used to identify items with a Preferred Vendor, but with an invalid Trade Agreement.
Coverage Groups by Store	For each store, this report lists Coverage Groups assigned to products.
Products on Multiple Category Hierarchies	List any items that appear in same Supplemental Hierarchy in Multiple nodes.
Merchandise Report	List key product information and allows for Price Comparison across multiple price groups.
Out of Stock List	The Head Office version of this report shows Out of Stock information for all stores in group.
