Store transfers
Stores can now use Fred NXT Office to transfer stock out to other stores. To be able to transfer stock, each store must be set up as a Customer and a Vendor.

- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Customer group, then All Customers.
- Click New to create a new Customer record and provide the required information.
- Assign the Customer to the Customer Transfer Group.
- (Optional) Assign a Price Group to use transfer prices defined in a sales agreement.

- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Inventory and Purchasing group, then click All Vendors.
- Click New to create a new Vendor record.
- Enter the Vendor code.
- Assign this vendor to the Vendor Transfer Group.

All Transfers created by stores at the time of shipping can be viewed as Sales Orders (Dashboard > Customers > All Sales Orders) . The status of a sales order is set to Open Order when it is created, then changes to Invoiced when the transfer is shipped. When the status is set to Invoiced, you can click the Invoice to view additional invoice details.
