Office 365 'Mailbox error'
Issue
When opening Outlook online from an Web address or button, you may receive the message “Mailbox cannot be found for <your login>”.
Cause
Your login and account does not have an Office 365 license attached.
Logins for MedView, eRx or Fred NXT Office share the same system as Office 365.
Only Fred NXT Stores are assigned an Office 365 license which enables email access.
Which accounts receive an Office 365 License?
Fred NXT Stores are assigned an Office 365 license.
This is assigned to the shared store account (YourPharmacyName@medview.com.au) and not individuals (johnsmith@medview.com.au)
