Transactions

This Activity > Transactions screen allows you to view past transactions that have gone through the point of sale till.

Any activity processed through the registers (sales, refunds, payments, account charges) are recorded in transactions, each with a unique number. As soon as they are completed, they are loaded into the Activity/Transactions area with the time and date the transaction was completed.

Transactions are sales, refunds and direct charged scripts however do not include lay bys (until finally completed) or account payments.

When would I use it?

• Search and reprint a transaction

• View transaction summary using the calendar views.
