Pharmacist Initials Setup
Each pharmacist or dispense technician that dispenses needs to be set up in Fred Dispense.
Add a new pharmacist or dispensary technician

Click the Lists menu, and then select Pharmacists.

Enter the Initials, Surname and Firstname of the pharmacist/dispensary technician.
The initials of the pharmacists (or dispensary technician) must be unique for your site.

Select a User Category depending on the individual's role.
- For Pharmacists and Supervising Pharmacists, also enter the AHPRA Number. If you do not know the AHPRA number, click Search to look it up.
- Enter Registration Number, if known.
- Click Save.
Set up passwords
Depending on your situation, you may also need to set up a password for the new pharmacist/dispensary technician.
