Print Owing Notices Automatically
When you dispense an owing prescription you may require an owing notice to give to the patient or the doctor. This notice is a reminder that a prescription is required for the dispensing.
Some pharmacists may choose to print an owing notice by pressing the Owing [W] notice button at the Wait Screen. Other pharmacists may prefer the Owing notice print out automatically every time.

Select Setup > Dispense Options. The Fred Dispense Configuration popup displays.
- Under Owing Scripts, in the Print Owing Script Notice field, enter one of the following options, depending on which owing script notices you want to print:
- A All Patients
- H Nursing Home Patient
- O Non Nursing Home Patients.
Select N (No patients) if you don't want to print Owing Script Notices.
