Release Notes

New in Fred Dispense Plus

Fred Dispense Plus automatically applies both software and drug updates. No user intervention is required, but please ensure that your server PC is always switched on as automatic updates are applied outside of business hours.

Default Address Label

You can now set the default address label from Setup > Dispense Options.

Do not print SNDR details for Deferred repeat form

When deferring a script, the Reg25 date (20 or 50 day supply label) will no longer be printed on the repeat form. This avoids confusion when a customer presents their deferred script to the pharmacy.

eMedChart - Remove check/prompt when ESC at item selection screen

Pressing Escape at the eMedChart item selection screen will no longer display an unnecessary confirmation prompt.

Script Date - Partial dates

Corrected the handling of partial script dates so the year is now calculated correctly.

Fixed in Fred Dispense Plus

  • Fixed inconsistent line spacing on dispense labels when directions use only 2 lines. See UserVoice item

  • Patient History Note - Double clicking on a note with the History Notes Only filter active no longer incorrectly navigates to the wait screen.

  • Patient History Search (Ctrl+F) now works correctly.

  • Patient History Search now correctly highlights the search term in results.

  • eMedChart - Script date validation is no longer bypassed for sequence items greater than 1 when scanning a SCID without a sequence number.

  • Multi-item eRx script - Selection using numbers now works as expected.
