The Strong Integration for Fred Dispense Plus enables connectivity with StrongER. software provided by StrongRoom AI.

  • This integration does not include a user facing interface within Fred Dispense Plus.

  • The plugin is installed by StrongRoom resources.

  • Once installed, sensitive information associated with completed scripts is provided by Fred Dispense Plus to the integration without any user actions.

To request and/or authorise Fred to facilitate access toFred Dispense Plus data, navigate to https://fred.au/sda and complete the online form. This same form can be used to request Termination or Reset of credentials.

Authorisation

Strong Integration for Fred Dispense Plus requires authorisation provided as follows:

  • Time period: Forever (until notified of end)

  • Data is: Personally Identifiable

Upon authorisation from the pharmacy being received and validated, Fred notifies StrongRoom that the integration is ready to proceed; this includes pharmacy identifying information as provided within the authorisation form. Customers receive a notification to advise of completion by Fred.

Privacy

Please find StrongRoom’s privacy policy as outlined in the links below. Please note the important element of our policy is that the facility owns and stores the data, with StrongRoom staff only able to access it if given access keys via a remote platform (for example, TeamViewer) and would require explicit permission from the facility manager.

App Plugin (Real-time)

The following events are used by StrongRoom and include identifying information related to Medications, Patients, Scripts, Workers, Prescribers and Script Action (New or Edit). The events utilised include data related to Facilities though these elements are not used in delivery of the integration. The dispensing information collected is used in providing awareness of medication movement for new, edited, and cancelled scripts. All scripts dispensed are passed from Fred Dispense Plus to StrongRoom.

As events occur:

  • Script Completed

  • Script Cancelled

AppPlugins require deployment onto each dispensing terminal. Only terminals with the plugin deployed will receive broadcast of the events referenced above.

Logging:

  • Fred Dispense Plus logs are not used for the integration.

  • Logging is managed within Strong software logs.

Support and Scope

Strong Room resources are responsible for processes required for initial and subsequent deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. No additional Fred Dispense Plus configuration is required from Fred for this integration to function.

The Fred Help team are available to provide mutual customers with assistance that relates to Fred Dispense Plus operational use, including any troubleshooting associated with the integration methods provided by Fred. This does not extend to third party transformation of and/or receipt of data provided by the integration methods, which should be raised with Strong Room support contact points (see below)
