Custom artwork on repeat forms

You can set up an image file to be printed on the white strip attached to repeat forms. The artwork must be produced to precise specifications and provided to Fred Support for uploading into Fred Dispense Plus.

The Pharmacy Board of Victoria has condemned the printing of "advertising messages" on repeat authorisation forms.

• File Name - Advert
• File type – PNG
• Size – 98 X 756 pixels

Modifying the repeat form graphic is outside of the scope of Fred support.
