Patient History

From the Main Screen in Fred Dispense Plus, you can view a summary of recent dispensing to the selected patient. This information is also available from the ScanCheck screen.

  1. Tap the tile to open the History form.
Script Background colour
The column header displays the number of Days since the selected drug was last dispensed.
Once the drug is displayed, the number of Days is displayed within the relevant drug entry.
Days also displays the number of days between each dispensing of the same drug (same strength) in the patient's history. These entries are identified with a green background.
  • Tap any of the green entries (indicating previous dispenses of the (same drug), the entries in the History pane collapse to show only this drug.
  • Tap again to expand and displays all the entries in the History pane.

If you tap a drug entry that is not highlighted (blue background), the History form opens to display the 12 Months History and the Medication Profile tabs.

 

Edit a script and select a drug that is not generically substitutable.

The line item being edited is outlined in blue.

The green background changes to blue until editing is completed.

Drugs that would have SNQ, if dispensed today, display with a pink outline.
