My Health Record (formerly known as the PCEHR, or Personally-Controlled Electronic Health Record) is Australia's electronic health record system. It provides a secure electronic summary of an individual's medical history.
In Fred Dispense, you can view a consenting patient's health record, including their prescription and dispense history and clinical documents. You can also assist your patients to register for My Health Record.
