The Unmatched Scripts report lists drugs that have been dispensed (in Fred Dispense) and sold at the till, but are not matched to an item in Fred Office Plus.
Set this data maintenance reports to automatically email the POS manager for attention.
Generate the Unmatched Scripts report
- From the Reporting tab, click Systems Reports.
- In the Scripts Reports dropdown menu, double-click to open the Unmatched Scripts reports screen.
- Use the Calendar to set the relevant interval or select a Predefined report from the dropdown.
It is recommended to run this report once a week for a couple of months, then monthly.
- Click Run Report.
- (Optional) Print the report before fixing the unmatched entries.
All entries in this report will have incorrect Stock on Hand.
- Right-click an unmatched entry and select Open Drug.
- In the Item tab, click Auto Match.
- If an auto match is found, it is displayed at the bottom of the Item tab.
- If no auto match is found, click Find to perform a manual search.
- Repeat until a match is found for all products on the report.
- Save, then Close.
Matched drugs remain visible on the report until you click Run Report again to regenerate it.
It is recommended to check your item stock on hand information after completing this action (to ensure all stock levels are accurate).
