Common ordering templates

This section provides the Draft Wizard settings for some of the most popular ordering templates.

On the Select Template step of the Draft Wizard, select Create New List, then follow the recommendations below for the remaining steps of the Wizard. Save the template on completion.

Bulk Order from Main Wholesaler for Ethicals/OTC/all items covering one month's requirements (Between 2 dates)

Select Items: Sold Between Two dates
Select Items Options: Since Last Used
Supplier Details: Tick the main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Base on Sold Stock
Preferences: Tick all except Optimize draft

Bulk Order from Main Wholesaler for Ethicals/OTC/all items covering one month's requirements (Rate of Usage)

Select Items: Rate of Usage
Select Items Options: set days to project ahead
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Set days to project ahead
Preferences: Tick all except Optimize draft

Daily Restock Order for Ethicals/OTC/ all items from Main Wholesaler (between 2 dates)

Select Items: Sold Between Two dates
Select Items Options: Since Last Used
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Base on Sold Stock
Preferences: Tick all and Nearest Minimum order

Daily Restock Order for Ethicals/OTC/ all items from Main Wholesaler (Replenishment)

Select Items: Replenishment
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Replenishment
Preferences: Tick all and Nearest Minimum order

Periodic Restock Order for Direct supplier

Select Items: Sold Between Two dates
Select Items Options: Since Last Used
Supplier Details: Tick specific direct supplier; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Base on Sold Stock
Preferences: Tick all and Nearest Minimum order

Select Items: QuickPad Items
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Overwrite (or Merge as preferred) item quantities

Select Items: Out-of-stock Items
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Overwrite (or Merge as preferred) item quantities
Preferences: Tick Nearest Minimum order

Out-of-stocks Template for the Secondary Wholesaler for Ethicals/ OTC/ all items

Select Items: Out-of-stock Items
Supplier Details: Tick alternate wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)

Restock Order from Major Wholesaler for OTC Specific Departments

Select Items: Sold Between Two dates
Select Items Options: Since Last Used
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Restrict Items: Select the OTC departments
Order Quantity: Base on Sold Stock
Preferences: Tick all and Nearest Minimum order

Turnover Order for Specific Manufacturer through Major Wholesaler.

Select Items: Sold Between Two dates
Select Items Options: Since Last Used
Supplier Details: Tick main wholesaler; any supplier
Manufacturer Details: Tick specific manufacturer
Restrict Items: Select the relevant department(s)
Order Quantity: Base on Sold Stock
Preferences: Tick all and Nearest Minimum order
