Auto-send draft orders
Fred Office can be configured to automatically send draft orders to your nominated electronic supplier if they are set to a schedule.
To prevent large orders from being sent inadvertently, you can set a maximum value for the auto-send. Orders that exceed the set value will remain in Draft Orders. It is recommended that items which have ordering notes and need to be reviewed prior to sending to the supplier are not included within an auto-send draft ordering template.
This feature is best used for stores that have accurate stock on hand and are generating accurate orders using Scheduled Draft Orders.
