Integrations

The Integrations section of Fred Office Plus provides a centralised location where stores can easily manage third-party software which integrate with the Fred suite of software (Fred POS Plus, Fred Office Plus and Fred Dispense Plus).

From within this section of Fred Office you can:

  • View some of our compatible integrations

  • Access further information for each vendor

  • Initiate a request to integrate

  • Cancel access

The Integrations section does not contain all compatible third-party integrators. This section will continue to be updated as we transition other vendors to this location.

Clicking on request will send an enquiry notification to the vendor.

If the request is for software that integrates with Fred Dispense Plus, a Vendor Integration Wizard window will display prompting you to complete a sensitive data access authorisation. Once this is completed, you will receive confirmation within your Fred Help Portal. A separate notification will be sent to the vendor with the information that they require to complete their integration.

Only Fred Office users with the administrator role can initiate and cancel integration requests.

Fred Office Plus Integrations
