Cyber Security Awareness
With the escalation of tensions and conflict in Europe we wish to highlight the following alert from the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) published 24 February 2022, recommending that organisations urgently adopt an enhanced cyber security stance.
ACSC recommendations for organisations
-
Review and enhance detection, mitigation, and response measures.
-
Assess preparedness to respond to any cyber security incident.
-
Review incident response and business continuity plans.
While the ACSC is not aware of any current or specific threats to Australian organisations, we are alerting you to the actions outlined in the ACSC's alert. Should you need to contact the ACSC, you can do so directly via 1300 CYBER1 or via this link .
At Fred IT Group we maintain rigorous standards to help ensure our solutions are safe, secure and high quality.
In addition to our security capability, we leverage the knowledge, security and reach of our partners at Telstra Health and Microsoft to detect and manage security risks. Fred will be operating in an enhanced cyber security stance and will communicate changes to services if they become necessary.
