Pharmacy Details are not Printing on Reports

This article tells what to do if your pharmacy details don’t print on the top of Fred Dispense reports.

If your pharmacy details do not print on the top of your Fred Dispense Reports:

1. Select Setup > System configuration (or Alt S, S).

   The System Configuration screen displays.

2. In the Paper Heading Lines field, enter '0' (zero).

   

3. Select Save.

4. Test printing a report. Your pharmacy details should now appear on the top of the report.
