Patient List by Drug Report

Patient List by Drug Report lists all Patients who have been dispensed a particular Drug or Stock Group within a specified Date Range.

1. From the Reports menu [Alt+R], select Drug Usage [U], then select Patient List by Drug[L].

   The Patient List by Drug Report popup displays.

   

2. Select the type of patients to be displayed:
   • A for All.
   • H for Nursing Home Patients. Enter a Fast Code or select from the list [CTRL+L]. Leave blank to report on all nursing homes.
   • O for Non-Nursing Home Patients.
3. Select a Search Drug or leave blank for All Drugs.
4. (Optional) Select a Stock Group.
5. Select a date range.
6. Select a Report Order for sorting the report. Select one of the following to sort by:
   • P—Patient
   • D—Doctor
   • A—Date

7. For Patient/Doctor Total Only?, enter:

   • Y to display the number of scripts per patient or doctor only.
   • N to display full details of each script including script number.
8. If you want to hide the patient's name, enter Y for Hide Patient.

9. To run the report, select Generate, or press [Enter].
