Use the Script/Claim Number Display window to locate lost scripts, and edit, cancel, or hold them if required.
Patents' Medicare details are not written to the claim file at the time of dispensing, unless the script is dispensed using a special Medicare number or the patient only provided consent for their Medicare details to be used for that batch of scripts. In all other circumstances, the patients' Medicare details are written to the claim file when the claim is generated.
- From the Activities menu, select Pharmpay Claim ([Alt+C]), then select Script/Claim Number Display ([S]). The Script/Claim Number Display window is displayed.
- Use the fields on the Script/Claim Number Display window to look for scripts by claim period, serial number, and script number.
- When a script is displayed, you can edit, cancel, or hold it. To do this, press [F4]. The Wait screen is displayed.
- To edit the script, press [E].
- To hold the script, press [H].
- To cancel the script, press [C].
