When closing a claim in Fred Dispense, a red warning message may appear, with the following message: Claim period NNNN contains PBS-Online Transmission and/or Technical errors.
Scripts with Technical or Transmission errors will not be paid!
This error message is displayed if there are scripts in the claim that have transmission or technical errors.
This error message is not displayed due to non-transmitted or rejected scripts.
To avoid this error, run theRejected / Non-Transmitted Scripts Report to deal with any rejected prescriptions before closing the claim.
