You can temporarily remove an item from a claim using an holding indicator. The item appears highlighted in a different colour in the patient history.
- From the Activities menu, select Pharmpay Claim ([Alt+C]), then select Hold Claim Numbers ([O]).
The Hold Claim Numbers window is displayed. - Use the fields on the Hold Claim Numbers window to look for scripts by claim period, serial number, and script number.
- When a script is selected, Fred Dispense prompts you to confirm whether you want to hold the selected claim serial number.
- To hold the claim serial number, select Yes, or press [Enter].
- To keep the claim serial number active, select No, or press [Esc].
