Cancel Claim Numbers

The Cancel Claim Numbers window enables you to remove a script from a claim by cancelling its serial number in that claim.

This operation does not cancel the script; it just removes it from the claim.

1. From the Activities menu, select Pharmpay Claim ([Alt+C]), then select Cancel Claim Numbers ([C]).
   The Cancel Claim Numbers window is displayed.
2. Use the fields on the Cancel Claim Numbers window to look for scripts by claim period, serial number, and script number.
   
3. When a script is selected, Fred Dispense prompts you to confirm whether you want to cancel the selected claim serial number.
• To cancel the claim serial number, select Yes, or press [Enter].
• To keep the claim serial number, select No, or press [Esc].
