Webster Multi Dose Header Cards

Webster Multi Dose header cards are printed on Multi Dose header cards (Blank Community Header Cards). They are A5 in size and can fit up to 8 medications and 4 timeslots per header card. You can also use pre-printed header cards that have breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime timeslots already printed on the cards.

Select the Packing Format

1. Select Lists > Nursing Homes.

2. Refer to the image below for details on the options to enter.

   

   If you are using the pre-printed header cards, then change Pre-Printed WebsterPak Labels Used? to Y.
