Print or Save a Document from a Patient's My Health Record

To download a document relating to a particular prescription or dispense event in a patient’s My Health Record:

1. Hover over the event until it turns red, then click it.
   
2. Once the download has completed, the document is displayed on the Document View tab.
   
3. Select the required option.
   • Print Document: Send the document to your default printer.
   • Save Document: Download a copy of the document to your local Fred Dispense database.
