Hide a Drug from the Drug Selection Screen

You can hide a drug, so that it does not appear on the Drug Selection screen or the Price Lookup screen. Hidden drugs are only visible from the Drugs screen accessed from the Lists menu.

To hide a drug:

1. From the Lists menu ([Alt+L]), select Drugs ([D]).
2. Select Find ([F]).
3. Enter the name of the drug, then press [Enter.]
4. On the list of search results, highlight the required drug, then press [Enter].
5. Select Update ([U]).
6. In the Supplier Code field, enter HID.
   

If a repeat is dispensed for a drug that has been hidden since the original dispensing, a warning prompt is displayed so that you can choose whether to use the drug.
