To ensure timely processing and minimise any disruptions to your business, please submit the form as soon as possible—preferably with at least 7 days' notice.

In some cases, additional steps may be required, such as registering for eRx or direct contact from our Accounts Department.

Advance notice is required to mitigate the impact on trade on Day 1.

You cannot dispense until your claim has been closed and your Approval Number updated. You can dispense without delay once your new approval number is active.
If the approval number change coincides with the start of the month, it is generally a busy period. We would appreciate advance notice to help us schedule resources for your store. You will be provided with instructions on the necessary requirements, such as closing your claim before the change. This will ensure there are no delays on the day your new approval number becomes active.
If the new Approval Number has not been registered with eRx, we will need to disable eRx until the new registration is complete. You will receive instructions to re-register for eRx and download your NASH Certificates, ensuring that eRx services are available immediately.
