MyHR
A patient's My Health Record provides a more complete picture of patient’s health through timely access to their key health information. This enables safer care and assists you in making better clinical decisions.
Access a patient's My Health Record
- In the Main Dispense screen, select a patient.
If the patient has an advertised MyHR record, the indicator displays as MyHR .
For more information on colour indicators, see Indicators.
- Click MyHR .
The Health Record for the selected patient is displayed.
Click to print each Health Summary or to navigate to the previous screen.

The Prescription and Dispense View is the default view.

All actions performed on a patient’s My Health Record are recorded in audit logs.
This view provides a summary of the medicines for the patient.
Sort and display medicines information held in a patient’s My Health Record documents by date or alphabetical order.
The information in the medicines information view is gathered from:
- the patient’s most recent (and up to two years) prescription and dispense records and other PBS claims information
- the patient’s most recent shared health summary and discharge summary
- recent event summaries, specialist letters and e-Referral notes uploaded to the patient’s record since their latest shared health summary
- the patient’s personal health summary that may include any allergies or adverse reactions and other key information
The Shared Health Summary represents the patient's status at a point in time.
Shared health summaries can be created at any consultation, and may include information about a patient's medical history:
- Medical conditions
- Medicines
- Allergies and adverse reactions
- Immunisations
This document is created when the patient is discharged from hospital. It is used to capture details of a patient's hospital stay in a structured format.
This section allows you to searche the entire patient's health record.
- Click the table headers (Document Date, Service Date, etc ...) to sort search results or .
- Filter by Document Types.
